It is your responsibility to maintain active registration with these bodies as required for your trade. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
Once you accept a job, you are expected to deliver the agreed service within the timeline specified in your communication with the homeowner.
Any changes to the schedule must be promptly communicated to the homeowner through the platform.
DomesticFixes.ie charges a flat fee per accepted job or a subscription fee as per the plan selected. Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payments for services are handled directly between you and the homeowner. DomesticFixes.ie does not manage or mediate payment disputes.
You are expected to maintain professional conduct when interacting with homeowners. Any reported incidents of misconduct or failure to deliver services as promised may result in account suspension or removal.
All communication with homeowners should occur through the platform unless otherwise agreed.
You are solely responsible for the quality and compliance of the services you provide. DomesticFixes.ie is not liable for disputes, damages, or liabilities arising from your services.
It is your responsibility to carry appropriate insurance for the services you offer.
Once you accept a job, you are contractually obligated to fulfill it. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in penalties or removal from the platform.
If you are unable to complete a job due to unforeseen circumstances, you must notify the homeowner and DomesticFixes.ie immediately.
DomesticFixes.ie reserves the right to verify your certifications and credentials at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension.
Tradesmen are prohibited from attempting to bypass DomesticFixes.ie by directly soliciting homeowners for jobs outside the platform. Violations may result in immediate removal.
Any disputes between tradesmen and homeowners should be resolved amicably. DomesticFixes.ie may provide support but does not guarantee resolution.
DomesticFixes.ie reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion for violations of these terms or for any actions that may harm the platform’s reputation or integrity.
