1. Refund Policy

When the DomesticFixes.ie booking deposit is paid, and the chosen service provider fails to deliver the agreed service within 90 days, a refund may be offered by DomesticFixes.ie. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and will be remitted via the original payment method. Refunds will not be processed under any other circumstances.

2. Communication Consent

By posting a job and registering on DomesticFixes.ie, you consent to being contacted by email and SMS regarding quotes and service updates. If you do not wish to be contacted, please refrain from using this platform. By registering, you explicitly agree to receive communications via email and SMS.

3. Customer Responsibility

• It is the homeowner's responsibility to verify that the selected tradesperson or service provider is registered with the appropriate governing or regulatory body, such as SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) for energy-related services or RGI (Registered Gas Installers) for gas services. DomesticFixes.ie does not guarantee the registration or compliance of individual providers.
• Refunds will not be issued if you are unavailable at the property or unable to provide access on the date confirmed by the service provider through the system.

For specific queries or additional assistance related to your chosen service (e.g., warranty, certifications, or duplicate documents), you may contact the relevant governing body or regulatory authority. DomesticFixes.ie is not responsible for the compliance of third-party services.
